1. Introduction
Welcome to www.jacopotorchioprivatechef.com . These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services
We provide private chef services, including meal planning, preparation, and cooking at your chosen location. Our services are subject to availability and may vary based on your specific requirements.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking: To book our services, you must complete the booking form on our Website or contact us directly. Bookings are subject to our confirmation.
3.2 Payment: A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due within 5 days after the scheduled service date. Once the Clients deposit/s have been received, an acknowledgment of receipt will be issued
by www.jacopotorchioprivatechef.com together with a formal confirmation email.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 days before the service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before of the service date will forfeit the deposit. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss rescheduling options.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Access to Premises: The client must ensure that the chef has adequate access to the premises.
4.2 Special Requirements: The client must inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.
We accept no liability for any food supplied to the Client by another caterer (or food products supplied by the Client themselves) in addition to those arranged by us.
4.3 Conduct: The client and their guests must behave in a respectful manner towards the chef. Any form of abuse or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
5. Chef Responsibilities
5.1 Professional Conduct: The chef will perform their duties in a professional and respectful manner.
5.2 Hygiene and Safety: The chef will adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards during the preparation and cooking of meals.
5.3 Liability: The chef will take reasonable care in providing services. However, the chef and his staff are not liable for any damage to property or injury to persons caused by factors beyond their control.
6. Gift Card
6.1 Validity: The gift card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
6.2 Non-refundable: Once purchased, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.3 Transferability: The gift card cannot be resold.
6.4 Booking Terms: The gift card holder must contact us to schedule the private dining experience, subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
6.5 Service Area: The gift card is valid for dining experiences within a specific geographical area (Monaco and Provance-Alpes-Cote d'Azur). Any services requested outside this area will be declined.
6.6 No Partial Redemption: The gift card must be used in one single booking. No partial redemptions or refunds for unused portions are allowed.
6.7 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling of a booking must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled dining experience. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in the gift card being voided.
6.8 Customization: The menu and number of courses will be decided together with the client before booking.
6.9 Service Limitations: The gift card covers a meal for two, four or six people. Any additional requests or extra services (e.g., wine pairing, additional guests) will be charged separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jacopotorchioprivatechef and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of www.jacopotorchioprivatechef.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
